Next-Generation DMS Vacuum Jars (400–1600 mL) 1-7oz
Our expanded lineup of high-capacity vacuum jars is now in active development.
These sizes will include:
- 400 mL (1–1.5 ounces/28-42 grams)
- 800 mL (2–3 ounces/56-85 grams)
- 1200 mL (4–5 ounces/113-142 grams)
- 1600 mL (5–7 ounces/142-198 grams)
These are perfect for bulk preservation, full harvests, multi-strain storage, or long-term curing under negative-pressure environments.

New Finishing Process (Next Order)
These larger jars will not rely on vinyl wraps. Instead, they will be produced using a two-stage industrial finishing process that permanently seals the glass surface and creates a mirror-grade protective barrier:
1. Resin-Seal Base Coat
A high-grade resin coating is applied directly to the glass to seal all micropores.
This creates an airtight, inert, non-permeable surface that blocks oxygen exchange and moisture infiltration.
2. Metallic Mirror Shield Finish
After the resin seal cures, a vacuum-deposited metallic finish is applied.
This creates a:
- Heat-bonded mirror effect
- UV-blocking shield
- Non-porous, professional finish
- Full 360° terpene-protection barrier
This replicates (and improves on) the effect of automotive-grade mirrored vinyl, without relying on wrap installation.
Why This Matters
The metallic + resin system creates a storage container that:
✔ Prevents terpene oxidation at the surface
✔ Blocks UV and visible light
✔ Creates a sealed, inert environment inside
✔ Eliminates micro-porous oxygen seep common in standard glass
✔ Produces a more durable external finish than vinyl
This will be the new standard for all large-format DMS jars moving forward.
