Dankmaster Old School Genetics was LAUNCHED 1 year ago. So 4/20 also celebrates LEGACY as well now 🥳🎉🎈🍾
Lately, it seems like everyone is vibing with this forum layout — and I get it. Even though this version is built on Shopify, it’s modeled after XenForo, one of the most trusted community platforms around.
That’s got me thinking…
Should we move to the full XenForo platform?
It would give us:
- A permanent home
- Full media uploads
- Streamlined organization
- Scalability and longevity
- More tools for the Social Consensus vision
I haven’t made the move yet.
I want to know if the community is truly behind it before I do.
The full setup would cost about $265 upfront, so it’s not something I jump into lightly, but showing support is all the more encouraging to make the buy.

I would be willing, i like the forum now. I'm finally learning it, how to post, add photos and, get some motion underneath me. Doesn't mean we can't learn a new one if it's better for the community!
not much on social media have insta for personal/family and X for weed related. I've post both my grow on here and X. I like the freedom and interaction here. I know more members will find us and start providing more engagements for the group. Will gladly follow along wherever we finally call home.

No final moves are being made yet — I’m just making sure whatever we use long-term gives us the best shot to grow without losing the freedom and vibe we’ve built here.

Posting pictures on this version from a smartphone is kind of clunky. Its difficult to get the curser to appear under the last picture you loaded up. I have to work from the bottom up when I post here most times. I think I like the other layout better too, it seems more open and free flowing.
@CannabisCrusader A little tip, resize 1000 x 800 and it will fit better in the meantime. But yes having a format that flows better and fits is imporant for further growth going forward, appealing more to disaffected OG's

Oh shit, I was so busy yesterday I forgot to lyk they came in. There was no dirt left in the cup, the free swinging clone was beat up pretty good. Other clone looked good. I transplanted everything as soon as it came in, so we should be a-ok. I'll get a picture of all your strains when I get cleaned up. Cant go down in the grow after working outside all day.
@CannabisCrusader i would've said the same. I found it easier to post and go back through then edit it and add the photos then. I try to leave a few line brakes so i can see it when i edit it.
Here's a shot of everything you sent so far. Everything is safe and recovering. Looks like all of them will be stable and pumping out clones in a few weeks. Even the cripXmas B that got frozen is recovering.
Good to see the happy family bouncing back. Yup I know how it is, Ive been nursing a tooth infection under a crown. Jr associate missed it and told me I need retreatment on canal, but AI helped me diagnose properly within a critical window of time with salt rinse and doxycycline. Anyway, Im getting checked out by endonist tomorrow to make sure. I'll be dropping off the A2 rooted and what I can cut off mother to make cuts from, get those into rotation for late summer comps to enter. This weekend I'll begin building the forum from Xenforo and theme called Uniform that will bring the NOSTALGIC era of Vbulletin that OG was powered by. My aim is to replicate the original not what OG is like now.
